In the early years, despite learning the basics from another company, it was nothing in comparison to what I learned when I went out on my own, developing my “real world” business treating lawns in my local area.
Once I had left the company and set up on my own, that’s when the real knowledge developed. 1000 customers later, we seem to be doing the right things.
